All branding, text, visual layout, graphics, designs, icons, presentation structure, logos, software references and website content belong to Oasis SoftApp Services or are used with appropriate rights. You may not reproduce, copy, frame, republish, reuse, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website material without permission.

13. Oasis products and subscriptions

These terms also apply between Oasis SoftApp Services and a business that signs up for an Oasis product:

• Accounts. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account and your team's accounts. Owners of an organisation must use an authenticator app.
• Trials and subscriptions. Each product starts with a free trial. Continued use after the trial needs a paid plan; prices and billing terms are shown before you pay, and invoices are GST tax invoices from Oasis SoftApp Services.
• Acceptable use. Do not use the products to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to break the law, or to interfere with the service.
• Your data. Your business data stays yours. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export it while your account is open.
• Suspension and closing. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or misuse after notice. You may close your account at any time.
• Liability. The products are provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

14. Changes to the website and to these terms

We may update or revise the website, its content, product references, service descriptions, design and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any specific contractual arrangement, general website-related matters may be subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
